Salary Hike is not as expected or equal to market value. I hope this is same in all service based organizations. But if u get Band hike you u get good hike. but band hike is not a regular hike and that is not for all employees in the team also.

...ood projects. Good work life balance, you will get to work on good technology. Managers are friendly, pay would be equal to what market is offering. Company is expanding its operations across India. Overall a great company to work.

Not much bonusses, not much of raises or promotions. Tech stack is about to change to propietary software that attaches you to specific stacks or technologies like sap.

There's couple of programs hosted once a while and interaction with larger chunk of people is fun.

Dislikes

They expect us to complete work without escalations and extend when required. But never ready to pay accordingly to the person who is putting in efforts.
