...t hesitate to call and bother you even during your day off's to get things done. They pay you for 9 hours but expect you to work more than that everyday.

All your hikes depends completely on your manager. Hike is not upto the mark. Needs to improve the compensation to match the industry standard

It's a manager driven company, and if your manager is cool you can survive but don't expect a promotion
