... India's weakest point is their incompetent leadership, esp in the tax function. They are hostile towards the employees in the lower rung of the food chain and pay little heed to people issues. Their careless attitude wreaked havoc in Hyderabad indirect tax practice. Do not join KPMG in tax practice.

Nothing is likeable for this company .

Nothing is likeable for this company . For tax analyst they will give you a in hand salary of around 17 k and will make you work on every week end . Only on paper it is mentioned u have to work 5 days but in real they will make you work on every week end The behaviour of some of the managers are extremely rude . They don’t respect the analyst and they wouldn’t understand any situation . My experience is pathetic at the company .

There is no job security for permanent employee also. No pramotion for good performer for pramotion you have to close and beg with managers. Hybrid working facility is there but they won't allow. And sat also they will make us to login and if target is not meet thn whole team will extend there login our in wfo as well as wfh.

Working here since June 2021. Environment is very supportive and have very flexible policies for all the candidates.

It has to increase the pay scale and the yearly increment in order to stay at par with the industry.

Job environment and work culture. It might be a good company to work for Direct employees but not for third party payrolls.

...t...they will tell they will make you permanent but that will NEVER happen here. You will never get bonus, weekend pays still they expect you to work on weekends. Employee hardships and concerns are kept aside here. Management will give false promises but never adhere to those when it comes to implementation.
