Extremely Disappointed with KPMG's Recruitment and Background Verification Process I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with KPMG's recruitment and background verification (BGV) process. Despite successfully completing all formalities and receiving an offer, my profile was rejected during the BGV without any prior notification or clear justification. Here are the key points of my experience: Lack of Communication: After receiving the offer, I was informed that my profile did not pass the BGV. This decision was made without any prior notification or opportunity to rectify any supposed issues. Unjustified Rejection: The rejection was based on a mistake in the uploaded documents, which could have been clarified if I had been given the chance. Despite my repeated requests to re-verify the documents, the recruiter did not respond or provide any assistance. Professional and Personal Impact: Trusting KPMG's offer, I resigned from my previous job. Now, I find myself unemployed with significant financial commitments and responsibilities towards my family. This situation has caused immense stress and uncertainty. Unresponsive Recruiter: Throughout this ordeal, the recruiter handling my case was unresponsive and dismissive of my requests for clarification and assistance. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable from a reputed firm like KPMG. I urge KPMG's higher authorities to review and address this issue to prevent such occurrences in the future. In company work culture and salary incentives everything is good. Communication between employees to managers/even senior person they never get angry. When ever we talk to them they are very polite to speak.

Dislikes

No job security, and pressure was next level. Even if we completed our target then also they will assign others work and pressure to complete that.

1. No job security - They will hire freshers on FTS(fixed term staff), and after completion of 6 months they will ask you to resign telling that you were on contract period(that too in the short notice), Do read the offer letter carefully. Some times they hire from third party telling that they will make permanent but they will not make permanent in 2 years. 2. Micro management - TL's will monitor your break times and ask you to work without taking break. No professional behaviour. Also most of them are rude. 3. They will ask to work on weekends and no extra benefits will be given. 4. People with 3-4 experience don't have the process knowledge and make freshers to work on tougher things without proper training. 5. No work life balance. 6. Don't have proper cafeteria. 7. My HR was very rude with me last time when i was not able to start work from office she didn’t understand my situation because of that i left this company. And work pressure was there.
