If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

Compensation and benefits. They won't even pay for accomodation in other cities if you are working on non base location projects. We need to ASSUME it as base location for that purpose

Salary is much lower than industry peers like pwc and Deloitte. It is at least 30% lower to peers when they choose from IIM ABC but for other IIM they are good packages.

BGV division of Chennai KPMG will not let others grow. hard work is not recognized in terms of salary hike or promotions. Salary is as par as BPO standards. If you are ready to work from 9am-11pm, then this is your company.

The convenient bus service, the free lunches, and the amazing co-workers.

Dislikes

The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.
