Nothing like about this company very worst culture , I had 3 months notice period , they could have rejected me intially only but they took all round and after 1 month of HR round , HR informed offer got rejected very unprofessional process they will never respond to call or email

...h is entirely just a waste of time . Also They have no idea what they are doing. They just love wasting time by not giving any further information and paying 1/4 of the salary.

1. This company is acquired by W Energy and post acquisition things changed drastically W leadership is not stable and lack of vision about OnG industry 2. Company culture and work life balance is horrible 3. All micro level management happens from top leadership and they less focus on their goals eventually company is not profiting 4. Many resources who are from 4-5 years in organisation are in comfort zone and they do politics with new comers.

Learning is good and salary comes on time.

Resource management is very poor. Theres no job security. Very less good projects available. Work pressure is high for the pay. There's absolutely no facility provided without charge.
