I love how they just made us trust and made us wait of 10 long months without giving any training. They provide genesis training which is entirely just a waste of time . Also They have no idea what they are doing. They just love wasting time by not giving any further information and paying 1/4 of the salary.

Micromanagement, unskilled engineers, bad management senior level, hierarchy follow more levels wise, no trust, no value, no job security, no growth, marathi guys pulling back each one of them simply, playing game by most of the employee how are completed 4 5 years they will be MLA MP in KPIT no body can't do anything to them. At all... No project without skills employee are getting hired

Everything is absolutely disgusting no words to explain it... All are the unskilled engineers only working in KPIT, bad management, not responding on teams or on mail don't know why they have this apps in there system if they are able to check it. Micro management and blamers mostly, pull to down to ground... Shown as performance improvements required and you will be discharged from the role and have to submit the papers that's it the chapter of kpit... In some project work from home is provided. That is only the like. That too, need to visit office on a immediate call. No professionalism!

Plenty of dislikes are there. I will only mention few. Shailendra Singh from pune location is an arrogant manager. He don't know anything....He know only to blame others for his mistakes. I don't know how kishor patil still keeping such kind of people in the company. Waste fellow! He made lot of loss to the company and easily managed it by blaming and putting everything on employees under him. HRs are puppet of managers at KPIT. So sad to say, CEO is literally unaware, how micro management is happening in Pune and Bengaluru location. 0% job security. No professionalism by HRs while talking with an employee. Worst HR team, Dont give any interviews, they will take you to the self doubt mode, If you are capable, they will take multiple rounds to justify you failed and cannot offer. Priyanka Thakre and all these HRs are sailing in the same boat. Very bad. Dont consider this company deals professionally.
