Worst company ever no work life balance, No hike, if u ask work from home they react like we ask there kidney. Manager dont care about enployee they will take wfh whenever they want but employee cant take no hike, micro management is there worst ever company in my life

The work-culture and knowledge sharing is great. For freshers, it's a dream job, as several learning opportunities are here in KPIT. Always looking towards new innovation and great work environment.

Dislikes

Salary is somehow low, same as slow growth, as increase in experience with work-life balance demands more. There is no training specific to domain for freshers, so guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

KPIT Technologies is a good place to work at. It encourages people working over there to come up with new ideas and there is a procedure to crystalize such ideas.Coming to work culture, even though they are many activities in the company where the employees can be engaged for their growth , it is always good to first complete the work assigned to you given by the manager and then later engage in other activities. When I joined the company , in the project that I was assigned, the experienced employees imparted to me the training so that I can carry on the work. We must be always in a situation to be self independent in our work and effectively do it with less supervision. There are also relaxing times like team going out for lunch or dinner to a good restaurant. That's my review.

The salary was good but when working towards a deadline , I tend to work for long hours not because I was incompetent to complete the work . I complete the assigned work during the working hours of the company but company has a reputation to do quality work so there is a workflow which assures quality work and that involves qualified team members to review my work. While working in huge teams which consists of 80 members, it's takes lot of time to find a team member who is willing to review my work and take their time out for me.Even if they review , I would be given rework which doesn't allow me to take my work to the end of the workflow and that causes me to miss deadlines. As the deadlines are missed I couldn't get good appraisal

1. This company is acquired by W Energy and post acquisition things changed drastically W leadership is not stable and lack of vision about OnG industry 2. Company culture and work life balance is horrible 3. All micro level management happens from top leadership and they less focus on their goals eventually company is not profiting 4. Many resources who are from 4-5 years in organisation are in comfort zone and they do politics with new comers.
