Learning is there but majorly it depends on your profile and team. Salary is below industry average and apparaisals again same as overall Banking Industry standard.

...lance should be there if you want efficiency and productivity from the employee.Salary again is a low as compared to the profile and KRA given to any employee. Appraisals and not much to talk about.

Team work is really good I appreciate that part in kotak, travelling policy is also good as they used make bookings for employees for out station.

...e the promotion to Sr. Not the deserving one. So that's what I don't like about. I am just talking about Salary Department. In other departments it's might be Good. Otherwise its good working place and I must say Uday kotak is visionary person.

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff
