Too low salary increament and for promotion BM promote only his dear ones ...person who working hard for bank and vintage staff they simply ignore him while promotion and salary increament

Kotak bank Mobile app and net banking is very good i am working in operations department and most of the ruequest and serivice customer needs i guide them very easily through net banking and mobile banking .There is not very much pressure for sales in service department like other banks which is a good thing but that also depends on area and regional manager.

...taff in branches due to which work load pressure on service staff is very high .salary as compared to other banks is very low. There is high chance if you do sales with service you get promoted easily but salary change will be very minimal.The target for SOP or KRA for service team is very tough and unachievable it should be individual target not entire team target.

Incentive not credited time to time, bank kyc very critical, incentive slab is very low, branch culture very bad, no one hve proper knowledge, account opening system ir worst.

...centives they will give amazon vouchers that also sometimes they will not give. They will give promotions only after three or four years and believe me the salary hike will not be that good, ur work and targets will increase but not your salary. They will ask u to come on holidays to make business calls, they will not give leave even if u r so sick that u cant even work For any organization clients are important but so as employees but this organization does not care about it employees they will not hire people faster if some one leaves the job they will just increase the job burden on the existing employees, they will shout and scream before customers if we don't achieve sales targets. Don't get me started about how much paper work and registers are there for day to day operations ,while all the other banks are adapting new technologies in their workplace this bank is still stuck in the past with its bureaucratic practices. There is lot of micro management in this company. The branch i worked for have so many audits monthly,6months once, every year ,if they find a small lapse in process they will treat the employee like he is some kind of criminal and yes some managers will vouch for u and trust u haven't done anything wrong ,but still it will be dramatic.
