...skilled workforce and investing on them just depends on quantity not on quality.but anyone seeing this should understand that in this current world always depend on quality of workforce and pay them as high as international bank to get better result.. If your not following this methods you will be a loosing bank forever

Work culture is excellent here and job security is also good here. Very supportive in covid period for WFH.

Only problem is salary increment .No growth in salary in last financial year and very less bonus received. Neither there is any salary increment announced at Diwali too.

...nagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, I don't know about appraisals but hope will give good salary hike and bonus next year.

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff

Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.
