...s why job security is very less each year 20 to 30 employees terminated due to .low seal and salary hike and they will recruited fresh candidate .last 8 month company employees on strike for union .

Disengaged from Team Members: The manager does not build relationships with their team, making them feel disconnected. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
