I liked it when I joined few years back as it was an employee oriented co but with new management and new MD only employer benefit.

Dislikes

To much favouritism and licking up. Employees without qualifications skills and experience can move up by licking. MD goes by ears does not have ability to self analyse. Speaks badly about retired senior management so leadership quality a question. For him only goal is sales do or die and earn profit for owners and increments is very bad

Don't join ACR equipment devision bad manager has been there for last 10 years Focus Solely on Work: The manager only talks about work and doesn’t give team members the freedom or autonomy they might desire.
