Don't join ACR equipment devision bad manager has been there for last 10 years Focus Solely on Work: The manager only talks about work and doesn’t give team members the freedom or autonomy they might desire. Lack of Involvement in Company Functions: The manager is not engaged in company events or broader activities, possibly giving the impression of disinterest in company culture. Disengaged from Team Members: The manager does not build relationships with their team, making them feel disconnected. Unnecessary Pressure: The manager places undue pressure on the team, which can create a stressful work environment. Poor Leadership: These factors contribute to perceptions of poor leadership, which can lead to team dissatisfaction and high turnover. Due to this reason, employees leave their jobs.

Starting salary will be negotiated well if you get low salary, increment will never satisfy you. Alternate Saturday off. Salary standard are very poor as compared to market standard.

KPCL being a debt free company caters to be a good employer with good salary and benefits as per the market.

The all around development of the employee is lacking as no fruitful initiatives are being taken. Thus, making the work culture and approach similar to a 'sarkari naukri'.

DESPITING THE WORK YOU WILL GET YOUR SALARY ON TIME. COMPANY SUPPORTED TO EMPLOYEE IN COVID PANDEMIC AT GREATER EXTENT. NO EMPLOYYEE HAS BEEN DETAINED NOR COMPANY HAD DEDUCTED SALARY OF ANY EMPLOYEE. COMPANY PAID ALL EMPLOYEE FOR ALMOST 6-8 MONTHS FULL SLARY EVEN WITHOUT ANY WORK AND PRODUCTION OUTPUT.

NO OWNERSHIP OF THE WORK. EMPLOYEES ARE LEAST BOTHER ABOUT COMPANY AND CUSTOMER BOTH. TERI BHI CHUP MERI BHI CHUP CULTURE IS PREDOMINANTLY PROMOTED. TOO POOR WORKMANSHIP. NO LONG VISION AND INTERESTED IN COPY PASTE DESIGN. NOBODY WANTS TO ATKE NEW CHALLANGE.
