...s why job security is very less each year 20 to 30 employees terminated due to .low seal and salary hike and they will recruited fresh candidate .last 8 month company employees on strike for union .

Lack of Involvement in Company Functions: The manager is not engaged in company events or broader activities, possibly giving the impression of disinterest in company culture. Disengaged from Team Members: The manager does not build relationships with their team, making them feel disconnected. Unnecessary Pressure: The manager places undue pressure on the team, which can create a stressful work environment.
