Zero work ethics & culture. Koreans do not think Indians to be humans. As per them giving lunch to people working for them 10-12 hours a day is an incentive. They do not care about whether employees live or die. There is a toxic environment and most top management Indian people are engaged in corrupt activities. They just want the staff to keep resigning so that their favorite people get promoted all the time.

We can able to manage family and work Work life balance is zero hero We can't be calm if you take leave also you will receive continuous call from customer asking for testdrive updates etc.... etc .. Job security is if we do good sales you may retain here long if you are so poor you may be terminated.. because sales is important here.. otherwise everything is good
