They have not fired me yet and providing some amount of salary (salary is deducted which is considerable due to covid situation but then there is noprovision to pay the deducted salary back once the situation becomes normal) to me with which I can atleast pay my rent and buy some grossery.

...then there is no one to help you at that time. No appraisal from last 1.5 years. But we got the salary deduction message 1month prior. Nothing to learn.

Job security is there. But expecting amount of output from employees is crazy.

No appraisals. No comp-offs. And 30% salary cut initially told for 3 months, but extended it without speaking a single word.

...t reducing the employees. But definitely by reducing the salary from 30% to 50%. If you look at the pattern of the salary deduction we can see the employees with more salary are deducted more

Never an employee friendly company. The CEO thinks that he is the best and India head thinks he is the only one who has solution for the problems. This company is in the industry in the last 15 years and they have never grown since then because they never want to grow. I think, not sure, both CEO and the India Head are sharing the profits what they are getting by selling the resources. So no constructive feedback is going to help them. I'm done. Even in this covid time, they are showcasing that they are with the employee by not removing them but a salary cut. They are doing this salary cut to ensure that their profit is not reduced much

The best part about this company employee here are taught to work like a family. Management is highly supportive.

Honestly , I don't think I found anything to dislike in my two months of association with Kennovative. Nothing much to say about cons.

Good workplace to start your career and excel. Ability to implement your learning and adapting to the new methodologies. Good team members.

Dislikes

Project Decision making should include all the team members so that everyone feels involved.
