Karvy Innotech is a fraud company; they are not paying expensive travel expenses to field engineers. I was working for Karvy for a long period of time as I completed my one year for Karvy Innotech as a server engineer for Dell EMC projects. I have to travel to multiple data centres for the cases. They are not increasing salary from external but they are using advanced bonus to increase the salary internal which is already mentioned in salary slip. Like if your salary is 10000+2000(advance bonus) total is 12000 then if they are increasing your salary then 10500+1500(advance bonus) total is 12000.
