Nothing to like about Karvy Innotech

Dislikes

No salary on time. No appraisal. No compensation . No allowance. No responce from HR. No responce from Senior management. Unnecessary involvement of Karvy Management in Karvy small projects and impact on salary. No career growth. No training sessions.

Not so interested. Company only required engineer to work on projects but no apraisal no increament.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Saturday is off and sometimes we can take work from home

Salary will not release on time sometime they give even after 2 mnths and they will fire u whenever they want and they will not clear your FNF even after 6 months HR do the partialy. Not attend your call when you left the company

Karvy Innotech is a fraud company; they are not paying expensive travel expenses to field engineers. I was working for Karvy for a long period of time as I completed my one year for Karvy Innotech as a server engineer for Dell EMC projects. I have to travel to multiple data centres for the cases. When I stop visiting the data centre because of money problem also cut my salary because I am not visiting data centre All I wanted to said you I am waste my 1 year of career in carving please
