Compensation and benefits: there are no benefits and everyone is extremely undercompensated. we work on 4 or 5 projects simultaneously all the time and we are paid peanuts. 5. Career development: there are no programs within the organization for development. The company is all together not a employee centric company. Just focused towards generating money and pumping into senior management's pockets.

Likes

Work culture and job security is the best thing at Kantar. Sports event like leather ball cricket, chess, carrom, badminton, football, walkathon etc. If you are a sport lover or health freak then this is for you.

Dislikes

Skill development and salary is something you will have to compromise if you want to be here. But if you are looking for long term stay in a single company it is the best.

1.Timely salary and extra allowance benefits. 2. 5 days work. 3.Hybrid work.

Dislikes

1.No work life balance mostly above 18hr of work per day. 2.Tremendous office politics and no skills development. 3. Increment issues and manager work management issues. 4. Taking leave problem. 5. Very poor HR supports. 6. Managers are not supportive and appreciating for your work. 7. Saturday Sunday off day you need to work also.

The flexibility in choosing new technologies to learn for both personal and company development, along with the reassurance of job security.

Dislikes

Top management lacks vision and doesn’t care about providing competitive and reasonable compensation, even to experienced employees. There is zero appreciation for work.

Likes

Good for freshers to get experience on live projects. Good work life balance but it can vary from team to team. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Very low compensation and annual hikes. No employee benifits on top of CTC.
