The company provides me the opportunity to interact different people, also i get an opportunity to understand the views of different people at different time and conditions. IMRB provide me the opportunity to explore myself, by knowing the people's thinking and their ideas.

Dislikes

First off all, the salary issues were there with company. As most of the time employees didn't get their salary on time. Also, the growth is quite slow. Some of the staff members were really not supportive. No appraisal for good work, will be awarded. Managers do not support an individual, when required.

No work life balance. Expected to work on weekends/off days. Poor salary increment across all units within the organisation. No job satisfaction.

Likes

Work culture and job security is the best thing at Kantar. Sports event like leather ball cricket, chess, carrom, badminton, football, walkathon etc. If you are a sport lover or health freak then this is for you.

Dislikes

Skill development and salary is something you will have to compromise if you want to be here. But if you are looking for long term stay in a single company it is the best.

1.Timely salary and extra allowance benefits. 2. 5 days work. 3.Hybrid work.

Dislikes

1.No work life balance mostly above 18hr of work per day. 2.Tremendous office politics and no skills development. 3. Increment issues and manager work management issues. 4. Taking leave problem. 5. Very poor HR supports. 6. Managers are not supportive and appreciating for your work. 7. Saturday Sunday off day you need to work also.

The flexibility in choosing new technologies to learn for both personal and company development, along with the reassurance of job security.

Dislikes

Top management lacks vision and doesn’t care about providing competitive and reasonable compensation, even to experienced employees. There is zero appreciation for work.
