So these reviews are for "BeyondWalls" A company that doest even have its own page. Nothing, Worst Workplace ever, Salaries not on time, Bonus not on time, Toxic work Culture (In fact No culture at all). Unprofessional and Unethical Management. If you are reading this because you are about to join "K2V2", "Beyond walls" or any other sham under this umbrella, then "Don't Join them, they are literally "Career Destroyers". If you join you will remember this review and ask yourself why didn't i take this advice.

Dislikes

...very employee is either searching for a job or has been fired for no reasons. Tp sum it up Worst Company, Toxic, unethical and unprofessional management, No HR, No Profits, No salaries. What more is needed. "Don't Join them, They are really the Worst of humans (management). The company had to hide their identity on public forums, so people don't get to read such reviews and they can ruin someone else careers. They had to hire freshers on bond, and they fire people and ask that money back, just imagine about the person, who started their career with them.

Literally nothing. They treat employees like sl@ves during medieval time. As long as you laugh at the lame jokes from the director/ VP level people you'll survive.

They suck at everything. Even for the paid leaves you need to justify and if you're not from the favourites list you'll never get a leave. I will recommend stay unemployed instead of working in k2v2 technologies.

The work-life balance can be enjoyed. The person can have WFH if required. The senior are friendly.

Dislikes

People here are lunatic, mental,etc. Working here can be torture too. You will not learn anything new here.

Work Culture is Balanced fully flexible. depending upon Managers

Dislikes

Top Management MD,CTO and CEO is worst be ready to hear slang word. 1 round of layoff has occured in April'23. after layoff they relase you within 1 hour. no job security. to much of office poltices and they have service bond for campus selection and freshers with referals to.

The culture of the company is excellent. Especially the people ops and top management is propelling the company towards the best direction. The best part of this organisation is the utilisation of interns or converting the interns into an employee.

Dislikes

The lower top management (HODs) are not capable of handling the glory of the organisation. They feel unsecured if you have enough experience and working under him. For the first time I met such working environment. Marketing HOD interfere the working environment of customer success. I saw for the first time a cross interference among departments.
