Disgusting Place, people to work With, Don't join this company They have bloody idiot managers who think they have some brain - self-acclaimed genius. Seniors ask their reporters to work for 12-14 hours and they leave for their home on time. Hell of a place to work.

...g the company. HR also don't reply you on mail. When you will leave the company. Company will give you half salary after serving on notice period also. Great company 😂😂😂😂. There is no future in Justdial. I request you all don't go to Justdial. If you are looking for a career growth. Every year you will get hike of 1k - 1.5k only

I have just completed 9 months here but most of my seniors are working here for more than 7 years so i think actually i feel the job is secure here. Feel pressure sometimes but overall 9 months experience is good for me.

Salary is decent but career growth is low here. In some departments there is lot of politics. Hike ratio is too low. Don't have any process ethicates like how to decide a target for perticular process and TAT also.
