Salary increment, promotion and bonus depends on your & your project visibility to higher management and how your manager present your efforts to higher manager. Your new tech stack/ certifications may not be useful as most of the applications are legacy.

Good location Bus transport service. Salary better than all Indian/Service companies. Annula bonus Its a good organization if you are part of good team

* Lots of options for internal mobility but mostly unorganized hiring * Getting promotions internally is complex and challenging but the lateral junior candidates can easily get hired for higher designation

They way company uses its big name to market itself and show they are doing good (which is totally opposite). Doing unfair or unofficial things in a official manner.

...ut their careers, even if you are well qualified, experienced and meritorious. New hires from colleges will be preferred over you in terms of compensation, ratings, quality of work, professional development etc. thereby creating discontent amongst major part of employees leaving others that will create a frustration which will mentally disturb you and your mind and make your life miserable that will affect your personal life too as you will be demotivated and spoil work culture and ethics. Inturn a reason for you to leave the company. Thereby a reason for them to hire new candidates and show that they are hiring so many people. This is how JP Morgan plays with highly available workforce of India leveraging its big name.

It's one of the big brand in industries , so working here was one of my dream . But work culture is not good , there is lot of politics and favour based from which part of India you belong. For me in CIB for Margin module here was a VP from Gujrat and a ED from Orissa , so they will favour their people , it's visible from their action and favour. Also these guys are sitting there from last 15-20 year , so they just try to show that how much they are working for the company but in actual they are not putting any value to company. If you will come with any constructive feedback , they will penalize you , so that you can't raise your voice. They have multiple Production issue but they will not fix permanently , they will let it be P1 so that they can get the visibility.

Dislikes

...ssume you will work in weekend. Very difficult to adopt new tool and technology. If any one sits long hr , they will get bonus even though that person is not doing any value addition.
