Competition is fierce, some amount of politics is also present(not excess). High expectations & workload is high especially in few job roles. Some may be moderate.

Flexible timing, higher package in the industry, hybrid work culture, skill development, training and mentoring, every year company motivates you to innovate something. Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion policies are there.

Dislikes

How much ever timing is flexible, we won't have time to finish the work. Work load is so much and above that forceful participation in initiatives as it is linked with our annual increment(which is negligible by the tax).

...yee's holistic well being. You'll be able to maintain a great work life balance. The salary's are pretty competitive as per market standards.

...xtremely slow; You could be at a grade for 10+ years even after performing well. The norms for salary revisions during employee ratings keep changing every year. It is very easy to be lost in their hierarchy.
