John deere is a huge brand name. there are 2 work locations. one in magarpatta and other is sanaswadi. work culture at both locations are like two opposite ends. magarpatta culture very forward and IT industry like, where as sanaswadi is a total factory culture driven by bunch a individuals called leadership.

Dislikes

very lethargic in adopting to new ideas. hesitant to benchmark and adopt to current industry standards. while this organization has a good policies in place, there are a certain beliefs and thought processes which are holding back the creativity of people. no individuals can think and take decisions autonomously.. this involves seniors coming together and killing time and ultimately slowing decision making process. this organization has some of the brightest brains however its not been used in its proper capacity. It was overall good. Enjoyed a lot with lot of opportunities. Operations at Pune office is too dependent on localities hence leaves no scope for diversity
