Politics for salary, new joiner DRShave no skill no knowledge no work load no working pressure but company give them Higher package salary from old DRS. ALL ARE POLITICS IN THIS COMPANY. Only senior's are take advantage for promotion by politics. I lost my 6 years in this company. I have achieved many Exam but not seen by management because they are blind.

Salary is best in the industry. Credited on time on the last working day of every month. The job is very secure and lesson until you are involved in some integrity issues. Reliance jio infocom also page lot of attention for office killing their staff and has tie up with Coursera and LinkedIn for new courses and certificates.

Dislikes

Promotions are very hard to come by as the seniors don't vacate their positions. Also internal transfer via IJP is very difficult because if you are a high scorer your immediate boss will not allow you to go and if you are bad scorer wherever you want to go they are not willing to accept. So you get stuck wherever you have joined.

Low pay: Some employees say they receive low salaries and no incentives. Unrealistic deadlines: Some employees say that project deadlines are unattainable, which can lead to poor quality work.

Dislikes

No hikes even after promotions. No proper work culture. Daily work will be different. No designated work, every thing has to be done. Even managers has to go out stand on road & sell. All manipulated sales & figures. Not at all employee friendly company. Once you enter, you cannot go out.
