They nothing to do with there employees, even they cut salary and travel allowance no yearly increments even I giving service in 2 job profile chat/voice in single salary.

Dislikes

No EPF benefits,no ESIC benefits,no job security,no other benefits. Worst management.

There is nothing to like about for this company.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. Salary expectation are also very low. I will recommend only freshers who haven't worked anywhere only to come and work here and experience hell.

Working environment is good. Salary come on time every month 7th date of every month.

Work pressure are overhere. Managers are not supportive and they are not accept your leave request when you need emergency or not feeling well.

According to me in my process there is less work load and average salary with WFH facility. Job security is also good. When i was at WFO they used to conduct Fun Activity in which i like to play outdoor game (i.e, kho-kho) as we get a little leverage in name of floor activity from our work😂 and i also like the concept of IJP in this company. I've seen many of college been promoted through IJP.

The thing which i hate the most in this company is working hours are too long i mean why 10 hour 15 minutes (staff time) for domestic process on top of that at the time of interview and induction HR and other officials told me that the shifts will be rotational, as of now I've completed my 1 month in this company and at my first week of certification i got day shift but after that and still now i have been alloted night inspite of informing TL, HR and Trainer to change my shift but they are not changing my shift. I am very very very much disappointed with them. In my batch everyone except me had got their prefered shift. 😠

...urce personnel every now and then. Even the food court did not have proper food. The pay is terribly low. When the company decides to terminate and employee they ask you to accept a mistake which ideally was not done by them.
