...t in same grade. Variable pay is part of ctc but targets given are unachievable. They show very high ctc on paper but in hand salary is only 60% of that.

Salary is less as compared to same experience of others ,Every 2-3 years man power reductions news has come and some times it's happened. Less manpower and resources.

To be honest, all the instruments I work on here were in my degree course. As a result, there is a lot of good work to be done with them and a lot of small work to learn here

Dislikes

...rrelevant tasks such as house keeping are more important to them than processes. A job well done does not get the respect it deserves, the work is too hard and the pay as such is meagre. There are more than 1000 of them and there is a problem
