I joined as a psychologist for an ambitious project that the company had taken up. I thank the management for having initiated efforts in the field of AI/ ML and roped in professinals from social sceince field. I cannot think of any other reason.

...lowed during notice period and that it was on the policy. No such policy exists. I was told that my variable pay, innovation bonus will be withdrawn If I did not comply with the practices of the rest of the team (work late at nights, mostly from office). Threatening behavior is constant here, too much micro-managing, no recognition for hard working employees. Management (All of Jade)- Senior management in the US are ostriches with their heads inside the ground, completely oblivious to what's happening at India operations even though India office has the maximum number of employees. Salary-Too low and tons of work Women workers- Team Leads/ Managers expect women workers to stay back in office till late. I have stayed until very late (3am) in office as the manager expects that out of you. Ambience (other facilities)- They have bus facility but soon enough your manager will take objection to it

...e working in different project but as a flexi resource that is no billability. The Billabilaty directly impacts your variable pay. Most of the time employe do not get their VPI. As a fresher you can join jade but if you are looking to join as an experienced person and long term commitment then go for some big Service based company otherwise join product based. You will get work but the problem is you can not sustain in the environment for long and after a year you again have to look for a change. So for people having 3-4 years of experience it is a good Company.

Work culture You are supposed to do the job of 2-3 people and needs to deliver result. Leadership keeps changing their vision No outings They keep changing their variable policy and announce it last minute Work from office limited to few employees

...or compensation and the management does false promises to retain their employee. They literally have no benefits all you get is your salary. Management here thinks that they are doing best and probably they think like that because they haven't seen the market.
