ITC one of best compony to work with , Only getting promotion from front line to managerial level is tough after 1st promotion as a manager become easy for next level ,

For Management category everything is upto the mark. But for the labour category (staff,worker, contractual labour) day by day it's getting poor. Top Management having an idea that they are working for the benefit for the company alongwith every employee, but in actual workmen below management category is deprived.
