Good homely work culture but needs to be full filled objective in specific time frame. Good promotion scope for right candidate. Transparent promotion scope as per HR methodologies.

Slow promotion and growth. Toxic work culture for finance. In marketing you may find peace but in finance lots of politics all around. Desk job is pathetic because of internal drama. But these varies from location to location. South belt is better

The company HR gives utmost importance to Employees health and wellbeing. You have a job security.

Dislikes

There are quite a few things which I dislike about the company: - 1. Huge difference between Pay and grade of CA and CMA even though both the profession have been given equal opportunity by the government. They even make you feel that they are superior human being. 2. Extended working hours: - Bosses just want you to work 24*7 and even in holidays.

Good company for freshers, lots to learn and good brand name.

...re at the top enjoy luxuary work life. It is a very low work-life balance there. The compensation is poor and people who are at the bottom find it difficult even to buy food and groceries. Location is never fixed for a suitable long term. In case you do not butter/bribe your boss/manager, you may be rotated through cities in a short span of 7 - 10 days. So imagine the case of married people or new couples. Also office space stays full of smell of tobacco, it is the market leader in cigarette after all!
