A good company to work for, as the Management Team are very caring and understanding towards their employees with a lot of empathy. Work place culture is good, though at times working hours were long at times. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair a and they are good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

The is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

For freshers, it's a good organisation and institute in terms of learning and salary. After 4-5 years, Saturation will come,don't wait for more time here because people may go in comfort zone.

Overall company is good and fantabulous for carrer, learning prospects but some people made work culture pathetic in some locations and categories......

Salary and benefits are good and matching the market competition.

Dislikes

Lower increments, HR's involvement for employees posted at CMU'S is very low. Specifically Foods division (Staples) is becoming single person oriented instead of system oriented. Top management is doing everything in their way ignoring the work life balance of employees and trying to cut costs anyhow.
