I'm very glad working with ISON from past 1year 10 months it had a very good journey with my best team leaders mainly nithya sir and Sanjay sir and the coordination with managers and as Bharath sir A manager of v! Is the awesome person whom I have never seen before and I met the best person come my trainers Rashmi mam and guna mam they where the best trainer where I have never met before and I'm very happy to share about my experience in this

Not much just the thing is I they have to try to provide two way cabs and some increase in salary part the pay is convenient only but it will be only help for those who are bachelor not for those who are with family and the Cafe Teria and they have to try to provide even food for night shifts people too cause in night shift people will not get food correctly during night shift

Worst... experience...first beg for salary...then after resigning beg for fnf and experience letter... You cannot trust the payroll team... Once u leave the company u have to call hundred time for experience letter and fnf...

...d and I have know about credit card and personal to explain with the customer ..and they have put a salary in 9th of the date of month ...so this is the issue of the Ison experience India pvt ltd..

The trainers are good in this company!

Felt very frustrated while working there. You will get your salary after 40-45 days of working and you have to beg money to everyone because you need money to survive. Dont work here !

Salary package is below accordingly to the work . No benefits like overtime’s ,appraisal nothing.I place of 8 houses working shifts they take you work up to 10 hours without break. No holidays nothing.
