No much work load, can do it with ease. However, there are other complicated LOB's. Huge internal politics with good friendly environment. Work atmosphere and etiquette needs to be changed. Hiring is pathetic and the best is yet to come.

Dislikes

No proper salary hikes/ appraisal's will be given or rated as per the performance/ process. Will be promised to get promoted for the higher levels, nothing but a smart move from the superiors. Initially, everything went well, later got to know the true colours of the company. Outsider's are more valued than the employees working since year's within the company.

Beurocratic Management, internal politics, nothing to learn, no job security, zero appreciation, no support for employees at tought times, poorest leaves policies, racism with north indians, 9.5 hours

Terrible company. Doesn’t pay you on time. Make you work over time and incentives are not given properly. Work life isn’t properly balanced. Leaves or week offs aren’t properly planned. Worst management. There is no growth in the company
