It’s the people that are like, that too 1 or 2 in whole organisation.

Dislikes

...ng for 4 1/2 years. Lack of management, management is terrible. No work ethic Pay is terrible HRs are way more emotion less and doesn’t care much, give their scripted responses and done. First they assign unimaginable targets for themselves from client and make poor agents work on it without breaks and leaves part is way more terrible. Being a TL we are not being respected. It’s probably my last month here, leaving this place for good.

Your concern is not taken care. An new hired at agent level with a year of experience is hired with 3lpa package and a person growing in the organisation with complete hardwork and dedication is given less package even when earned a position of a team lead. 😐
