As I want to say that the dislikes are firstly salary when i joined in the company i have a role for the esupport role and my roles and responsibilities are helping with the technical support. but when coming to the company people are forcing to do sales. Why we have to do sales we are from the technical support we have to help with technical questions to the people. And i want to say that the salaries are different for sales department as well as technical support we all know that. But as we are doing both technical and sales why can't we expect more salary on the role.

Nothing is good!!! The whole lot of people in the Management and HR SUCK!!!

HRs of this company are 100% incapable of their duties! One person from the Peets coffee process named Rifat was offered a lesser salary. 15 days after joining the company, his salary was reviewed and he was offered a package as per his expectations. How was the above possible??? Join 247 Intouch and everything is possible. The process TL Santosh and Manager Sandesh, seem like they have only handled Domestic processes. The above people give you targets that you will never achieve. NEVER EVER JOIN THIS ORGINATION!

On time salary gets credited except that no proper incentive plans no salary growth.

Dislikes

They don't change shifts for arround 6 months. My health is doing good working here. While joining they said every 3 months shift will get changed but they don't do. They make you feel like your in need of job do it. Feels like educated slave here. Job security is total on downside every month they remove people mentioning PIP. They hire people and once their need is fulfilled they remove employees. HR team is always in support of Management they don't care of employees health and wellness. If you want to have stress free secure job then this company is not recommended.

I like nothing about the company. Very toxic culture and the salary they give is peanuts.

Dislikes

Almost everything. No proper breaks, no buddy support during production. Compliance and RTA will be on the head to get back to support. Cab scheduling are way too worst.. They never come on time. I've seem Almost 100 people under me suffering like this.
