They treat employees as a SLAVE AND PROVIDE HALF SALARY FOR OT if you ask you will be targeted. Will change the company policies within seconds as per their requirement.

If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values

No much work load, can do it with ease. However, there are other complicated LOB's. Huge internal politics with good friendly environment. Work atmosphere and etiquette needs to be changed. Hiring is pathetic and the best is yet to come.

No proper salary hikes/ appraisal's will be given or rated as per the performance/ process. Will be promised to get promoted for the higher levels, nothing but a smart move from the superiors. Initially, everything went well, later got to know the true colours of the company. Outsider's are more valued than the employees working since year's within the company.

I have joined as a fresher here but it is my one best experience. I am enjoying my job and the best support from my manager and team leads. I would strongly recommend people to join this company if they need a good opportunities for future.
