...and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is no very transparent.They do not consider the efforts we do and more over they don't pay for OT's. There's no bonus at all.

...here's a lot of work pressure. Un intimated schedules and ask us to work for OT. But will not receive our pay for doing OT's. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

One of the worst company i worked under. you wont stick to one process you'l be changed to different process and they wil waste time and remove agents for stupid reasons. No bonus no job satisfaction work us hard like a donkey...

...comm skills training and even we clear they wil remove us saying u scored less.. they will keep agents who are agrees for a lower salary and remove experienced and salary who is more than remaining agents.. one of the worst management and company worked under.

There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values
