...d due to the presence of some less skilled and undeserving seniors and managers. The overall ratio of skilled employees has decreased drastically, and the salary increments are somewhat below market standards. Additionally, the internal programs can sometimes feel overwhelming. I believe the organization needs to be more flexible and polite, especially with freshers, to create a more supportive and nurturing environment.

Their principles and ethics related to work. They promote people's first and maintain a very good and productive environment. Very good for freshers to start their career with.

This company has better opportunities for freshers, but when talk about long run or with experience, pay is not as much as other MNC's.
