The overall ratio of skilled employees has decreased drastically, and the salary increments are somewhat below market standards. Additionally, the internal programs can sometimes feel overwhelming. I believe the organization needs to be more flexible and polite, especially with freshers, to create a more supportive and nurturing environment.

Additionally, management occasionally issues discouraging remark to fresher employees, suggesting they may not be suitable for the company.
