Nothing like that only disappointments.

Dislikes

Worst ever company. You have to give your 8 hours and you will get the salary for 2 months just 3000 to 4000. There is a company policy which is that you get 7500 in first Month if you you didn't qualify the certification then you will get 3000 to 3500 maximum some employees got 1600 only . They are delaying the certification period so that the will pay you minimum salary for their benefits . Cheapest company ever.

Poor management Less salary according to the work No career growth Can not resign unless you find someone to take your place( yes that is resposibility not company's) There is no week offs for you becuase they are short on staff so can not provide week offs

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
