Dislikes

There was all kinds of micromanagement by the boss. I wasn't getting a platform to learn much, and work was getting measured in terms of the quantity, not the quality. Some employees had a different set of rules (the ones who've been with the company for long) while the rest of us had to continue getting micromanaged. I was asked to travel often, which was not mentioned during the interview.

No work transfers, no trainings just come and find your own position and work which is impossible for a new comer who doesn’t know a thing about company yet. If u could not find it they will ask you to leave.
