The environment here is quite friendly, so you can directly approach your seniors and discuss them regarding anything. You get to work on really challenging projects related to every field especially Crypto, which helps in your career growth.

It's best company as management is good. Company management is good as you can ask anyone if you need any help from anyone. everyone is helpful. Work on latest and new technologies so you can learn new technologies and growth yourself.
