Work flexibility is the only good thing. If you are joining to HR team you are lucky as you do not have work more.

Dislikes

... You will be loaded with work but no extra training to enhance the capabilities. To ensure employees are motivated the salary and the bonus is worst payed and not upto the mark as expected by an MNC. HR just enjoy their life.

If you are in Engineering department your life will become hell. The senior level will make you to put resign within 2 years. That's politics is you will face here and you will learn some politics as well.

Leadership is pathetic, they don't seem to have any vision for the people and organization, they are busy working for their personal gains, no one should this organization as of now.

... discrimination, harassment policies and handling, etc. Great work/life balance. Good compensation.

Dislikes

Nobody has clear idea about future. While Job security isnt an issue, what we as an individual or organization will be/want to be isnt all that clear. You might see presentations being made about vision. While this seems all hunky-dory, what actually happens doesnt really align with what is said. Very less growth opportunities, especially once you reach a certain level. If you are looking for good growth, make sure you get a clear idea during interview, before you join. Overall opinion i would still say is quite good.

Good work life balance, flexible timings, good company culture. Good compensation. Opportunities for growth are a little scare. Overall a good company to work for.
