Work flexibility is the only good thing. If you are joining to HR team you are lucky as you do not have work more.

... You will be loaded with work but no extra training to enhance the capabilities. To ensure employees are motivated the salary and the bonus is worst payed and not upto the mark as expected by an MNC. HR just enjoy their life.

Dislikes

Nobody has clear idea about future. While Job security isnt an issue, what we as an individual or organization will be/want to be isnt all that clear. You might see presentations being made about vision. While this seems all hunky-dory, what actually happens doesnt really align with what is said. Very less growth opportunities, especially once you reach a certain level. If you are looking for good growth, make sure you get a clear idea during interview, before you join. Overall opinion i would still say is quite good.
