The salary revises and appreciation is not there. Appraisals are happening eveey year but no hike nothing. No promotion. Only work and recognition in worfs

Infosys is famous for its campus and the training they provide to their freshers. They have good amount of projects that work on new technologies, however they employee to project ration is high which is the primary reason so many skilled employees stay on bench.

Dislikes

...rojects require employees to connect after office hours also even on weekends. Salary is less than other service based companies. And no major compensation is provided, even their health insurance plans have weird conditions. They give 14 leaves pa, 4 leaves per quater, which is basically 1 leave per month. This includes sick leaves too. They are not seperate.

...ojects .. Good for initial period of career like talking up the training here. And good for lateral joiners as they get good package to bag on.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

Dislikes

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

...this one is that company where employees never want to switch it another one. 1. Hike/ salary + Benifits ( Cab Provides) 2. Promotions 3. Onsite opportunities need to increase and give a more feasibility to work with new technologies (I.e, if any employee are from the infrastructure and want to move with the development or ai then they can move easily) . I belive practical is the fastest way to learning anything without knowledge.
