No salary hike. Will cut a lot of money from salary. No proper salary every month.keeps on changing. No promotion or hike they'll offer unless you tell you will resign..that too will be based on your manager.

Training period ( mysore ) but now it's online (not much effective) Infrastructure.(campus is beautiful) Job security. Events and cultural programs. You can learn by your own.

... KT (seniors will be busy with their own work , so KT is just for a name sake). Low salary as per market standards. High attrition rate. Low hike. Useless meetings and calls. In hand salary will be very low after all the deduction.

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

Very less salary, No hikes, and what was the training in begining and what am working in the current project is completed differ.....the worst thing is am not satisfied with the working project....not only me everyone was feeling like this only

... work pressure. No help from seniors. No job security. No respect. No promotion. No hike. They will make you work 7 days a week without any holiday. No sick leave. Else you will be escalated for any of the above reasons.
