There are lot of learning Portal with free access only for Infosys employees. Seniors are very much friendly and helpful. Work life balance is great with awesome company culture and there is nothing to say about beautiful Infosys campus.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal rate is very much low for the freshers. They pay more to the lateral employees who does the same work and have same job role. At the start of your career salary doesn't matter but after some time it does. That is the only cons.

... are no likes for Infosys. They will give high salaries for experienced persons. If someone as a fresher who works hard they won't recognise and they won't increase your salary.

I have been working in infosys from past 3 years. They have given increased 5000 after 2 years. They won't give any jokes also. But, they need full work. They will call on weekends and weekdays whenever issue arise. We have to login into the call whenever some one call you.

Good infrastructure and opportunity to work on large scale projects. The work culture largely depends on the manager, in my experience, it was excellent, all my team members were very helpfull.

Dislikes

Considering the industry standards, salary provided is too low. Employees cannot choose to work in their desired tech. Senior management is quite good at ignoring its employees efforts.

Very less salary, No hikes, and what was the training in begining and what am working in the current project is completed differ.....the worst thing is am not satisfied with the working project....not only me everyone was feeling like this only

... work pressure. No help from seniors. No job security. No respect. No promotion. No hike. They will make you work 7 days a week without any holiday. No sick leave. Else you will be escalated for any of the above reasons.
