Good facilities are provided to the employees. The organisation provides training/sessions for technical domain. The work -life balance is well balanced. Even other curricular activities are frequently conducted across DCs.

Salary hike/allowance is not satisfying

Collegues are good and support is proper when u wanted to learn something ..but they will not give time for learning only.

...or 3-4 project its same only ..even have to work in weekends with mandatorily ..and no pay for weekend work.they wil say wil give comp off.

Infosys is a great service-based company for freshers. You will get to learn a lot and live on a great Infosys campus during your training period. You have to work hard for aptitude and technical rounds in interviews. Once you get into the company, you should work hard during the training period. Good salary compared to other service-based companies.

Dislikes

Don't stay in this company for longer than 2 years. No salary growth or promotion. Work-life balance is not good. If you are in a bad team, you will suffer a lot. Make sure you don't mess with senior collogues.
